How to make good quality injection mould?
A-Mould Design Stage
1. Our seasoned team meticulously assesses the feasibility, shrinkage rates, molding temperatures, and more for plastic products, ensuring optimal design.
2. We engage in thorough communication with our valued customers, discussing critical factors such as weight, design style, dimensions, injection molding stability, and plastic compatibility.
3. The selection of suitable steel is based on the plastic material, desired mold lifespan, and specific customer requirements, guaranteeing durability and efficiency.
4. We offer complimentary design and comprehensive mold flow analysis to enhance product quality and performance.
B-Mould Manufacturing Stage
1. Production commences promptly after the confirmation of the precise mold drawing, setting the stage for precision craftsmanship.
2. The process involves preparing mold steel, executing CNC rough machining, wire cutting, EDM machining, parts finishing, polishing, assembly, mold trials, electroplating, and nitriding, among others.
3. Each mold part undergoes meticulous size control and self-inspection to ensure adherence to drawing size and tolerance specifications, emphasizing accuracy.
C-Mould Testing
1. Our initial mold trial rigorously examines product functionality and dimensional accuracy, setting high standards for performance.
2. Following polishing and surface treatments like sun-texturing, we conduct further trials, meticulously comparing samples with original design drawings for quality assurance.
3. A final sample and an accompanying mold trial video are shared with the customer for their approval and satisfaction.
D-Mold Delivery
1. Before dispatch, we ensure the plastic mold opens and closes seamlessly, and verify the integrity of the water cooling, hydraulic oil, and hot runner systems.
2. The cavity and core are guaranteed to be clean, free from iron filings and any impurities, ensuring pristine condition upon delivery.
3. We meticulously blow clean the waterways to ward off rust during prolonged sea transport, ensuring long-lasting quality.
4. To preserve the mold's integrity, we spray anti-rust agents internally, paint the exterior, and apply protective anti-rust oil to the ejector pin.
5. A detailed nameplate, affixed to the mold, provides essential information including the mold name, production year, specifics, weight, and dimensions.
6. We generously supply mold accessories at no extra cost, allowing easy replacement and enhanced customer convenience.

1. Routine maintenance is key: lubricate all moving parts such as thimbles, guide posts, and sleeves, while keeping the mold surface clean and clearing any water buildup.
2. Regular upkeep involves cleaning exhaust grooves, releasing trapped air and removing black spots, and rectifying any damaged or worn parts for peak performance.
3. For appearance maintenance, apply paint externally to prevent rust. Both fixed and movable molds should be coated with anti-rust oil, and stored airtight to keep dust from entering the cavity.
