Guidelines for crafting high-quality injection molds:
A-Mould Design Stage
1. Our process begins with a thorough analysis of the product's feasibility, accounting for critical factors such as shrinkage, molding temperature, and more.
2. A detailed consultation follows, addressing specific customer needs including weight, style, size, stability in injection molding, and plastic compatibility.
3. We select the ideal steel based on the plastic material properties, desired mold longevity, and specific requirements of our customers.
4. Complimentary design services include mold flow analysis to optimize mold performance.
B-Mould manufacturing stage
1. Upon approval of the mold drawings, we commence production.
2. This stage involves precise steps such as mold steel preparation, CNC rough machining, wire cutting, EDM machining, parts finishing, polishing, assembly, mold trial, electroplating, nitriding, and more.
3. Each mold part is meticulously sized and self-inspected to meet drawing specifications and tolerances.
C-Mould Testing
1. Our inaugural mold trial ensures the product is produced correctly and dimensions are accurate.
2. Post-surface polishing or texturing, we conduct another mold trial to verify alignment with the design specifications.
3. Final samples, along with comprehensive mold trial videos, are sent to our clients for approval.
D-Mold delivery
1. Prior to dispatch, we guarantee the seamless operation of mold mechanisms, including water cooling, hydraulic oil, and hot runner systems.
2. We ensure that both cavity and core are impeccably clean, free from iron filings and impurities.
3. The waterway is thoroughly cleaned to protect against rust during extended sea transport.
4. Anti-rust treatments are applied internally and externally, including the application of anti-rust oil to the ejector pin.
5. Each mold is tagged with a nameplate detailing its production year, specifications, weight, and size.
6. Complimentary mold accessories are provided to facilitate easy customer replacements.
