How to achieve exceptional quality in injection molding?
A-Mould Design Stage
1. We conduct an in-depth analysis of feasibility, shrinkage, and the molding temperature of plastic products.
2. Detailed discussions with clients are held on aspects such as weight, design aesthetics, dimensions, mold stability, and plastic suitability.
3. We choose the optimal steel based on the plastic material, mold longevity, and specific client needs.
4. We provide complimentary design services and mold flow analysis to ensure precision.
B-Mould manufacturing stage
1. Initiation of production follows the confirmation of mold designs.
2. This phase includes mold steel preparation, CNC rough machining, wire cutting, EDM machining, parts finishing, polishing, assembly, mold trial, electroplating, and nitriding.
3. Every mold component is meticulously measured to meet the specified drawing dimensions and tolerances.
C-Mould Testing
1. The initial mold trial verifies normal production operations and accuracy of dimensions.
2. Post-polishing and surface treatments like sun-texturing, a secondary mold trial is conducted, and results are compared with design specifications.
3. The final sample along with a mold trial video is dispatched to the client for approval.
D-Mold delivery
1. Prior to shipment, checks are performed to ensure seamless mold operation and intact water, hydraulic, and hot runner systems.
2. The mold cavities and cores are thoroughly cleaned, free of metal shavings and contaminants.
3. Waterways are cleared with air pressure to avert rust during extended sea transit.
4. Anti-rust agents and paints are applied inside and outside the mold, with ejector pins treated with anti-rust oil.
5. A nameplate featuring mold details like name, production year, weight, and dimensions is affixed to the mold.
6. Complimentary mold accessories are provided for easy client replacement.
