How to ensure superior quality in injection molding?
A-Mould Design Stage
1. We conduct comprehensive analyses of plastic products, including feasibility, shrinkage, and molding temperature assessments.
2. We engage in detailed consultations with customers, addressing aspects such as weight, design, size, molding stability, and plastic compatibility.
3. Select the finest steel based on plastic material, mold longevity, and client specifications.
4. We offer complimentary design services and mold flow analysis.
B-Mould Manufacturing Stage
1. Production commences upon confirmation of the mold design.
2. The process encompasses mold steel preparation, CNC machining, wire cutting, EDM processing, finishing, polishing, assembly, trial, and surface treatments like electroplating and nitriding.
3. We ensure precise size control and meticulous self-inspection of each mold part to meet or exceed drawing specifications and tolerances.
C-Mould Testing
1. Our initial mold trial verifies normal production and dimensional accuracy.
2. Post-polish and surface texturing, a second mold trial is conducted to ensure alignment with product designs.
3. The final sample and a mold trial video are dispatched to the customer for approval.
D-Mold Delivery
1. Prior to shipping, we ensure seamless operation of the mold's opening and closing mechanisms, and the integrity of cooling, oil, and runner systems.
2. Cavity and core are thoroughly cleaned, free from metal filings and impurities.
3. Waterways are cleared to prevent rust during lengthy sea transport.
4. We apply anti-rust agents internally, paint externally, and protect ejector pins with rust-prevention oil.
5. Each mold is labeled with a nameplate detailing name, production year, specifications, weight, and dimensions.
6. Complimentary mold accessories are supplied for customer convenience in replacements.
