A Mould design stage
1. we start with a thorough analysis of the viability of the plastic product, shrinkage, moulding temperature and other important parameters to ensure optimum performance.

3. the most suitable steel is selected based on plastic properties, required mould life and customer specifications to ensure durability and reliability.

B Mould manufacturing stage
1. Confirm the mould design and start production to ensure the accuracy of each step. 2.
2. meticulous process including mould steel preparation, CNC rough machining, wire cutting, EDM, part finishing, polishing, assembly, mould trial, plating, nitriding, etc. to ensure top quality and precision.
3. Each mould part is strictly inspected to ensure that it fully conforms to the drawing dimensions and tolerance range.
C Mould Testing
1. our first mould test will assess whether the product is produced accurately and meets all dimensional specifications, setting a benchmark for quality.
2. After polishing, tanning or any surface treatment, another mould test is conducted. We carefully compare the trial mould with the design drawings to ensure consistency and accuracy.
3. Final samples and a detailed video of the trial mould are sent to customers for their valuable feedback and confirmation.
D Mould delivery
1. the plastic moulds are strictly inspected and the runners, cooling system, ejector system, etc. are in normal working condition.
2. we guarantee that the cavities and cores are intact and do not contain any iron chips or impurities to ensure that the moulds are delivered in pristine condition.
3. the moulds and fittings are thoroughly cleaned to prevent rusting during long sea transport and to protect the integrity of the moulds.
4. rust-proofing the interior and exterior, including internal rust-proof spraying, external painting and thimble rust-proof oil, to extend the life of the moulds.
5. Each mould is affixed with a nameplate detailing the name of the mould, year of production, specifications, weight and dimensions to ensure traceability and organisation.
6. We provide free extra mould parts for easy replacement.
