How to make high-quality injection moulds?
A-Mould Design Stage
1. We meticulously analyze the feasibility, shrinkage, molding temperature, and other critical factors of plastic products to ensure optimal design.
2. Engaging in detailed customer communication, we discuss weight, style design, size appearance, injection molding stability, and plastic applicability to tailor the perfect solution.
3. We select the most suitable steel based on the plastic material, desired mold life, and specific customer requirements.
4. Providing complimentary design and mold flow analysis to guarantee precision and quality.
B-Mould Manufacturing Stage
1. Production commences immediately after mold drawings receive final approval.
2. The process includes mold steel preparation, CNC rough machining, wire cutting, EDM machining, parts finishing, polishing, assembly, mold trial, electroplating, nitriding, and more.
3. Maintaining exact size control, we rigorously self-check each mold part against the drawing's requirements and tolerance ranges.
C-Mould Testing
1. Our initial mold trial ensures the product is produced correctly, meeting all size specifications.
2. Post-polishing, sun-texturing, or other surface treatments, we conduct another trial, meticulously comparing the sample with the product design.
3. The final sample and a detailed mold trial video are then sent to the customer for thorough confirmation.
D-Mold Delivery
1. Pre-shipment, we verify the mold's smooth opening and closing, as well as the integrity of the water cooling, hydraulic oil, and hot runner systems.
2. Ensuring the cavity and core are pristine, free from iron filings and impurities.
3. Thoroughly blow-cleaning the waterway to prevent rust during long-term sea transportation.
4. Applying anti-rust agents inside, painting the exterior, and using anti-rust oil on the ejector pin to preserve the mold's condition.
5. A nameplate detailing the mold name, production year, specifications, weight, and size will be affixed for easy identification.
6. Complimentary provision of mold accessories for customer replacement, ensuring seamless operations.

Mould Maintenance Tips
1. Routine maintenance: Lubricate various moving parts such as thimbles, guide posts, and guide sleeves, clean the mold surface, and clear accumulated water.
2. Regular maintenance: Clean exhaust grooves, discharge trapped air and remove black spots, and repair damaged and worn parts.
3. Appearance maintenance: Spray paint the exterior to prevent rust, coat fixed and movable parts with anti-rust oil, and ensure airtight storage to prevent dust entry.
