How to Make Superior Quality Injection Moulds?

A - Mould Design Stage
1. Our team conducts a comprehensive feasibility analysis, assessing factors like shrinkage, molding temperature, and other critical parameters to ensure the highest quality of plastic products.
2. We engage in detailed consultations with our customers, discussing aspects such as weight, design style, size appearance, injection molding stability, and the applicability of different plastics to ensure every requirement is met.
3. The selection of appropriate steel is based on the material, mold life, and specific customer requirements, ensuring durability and performance.
4. We offer free design and advanced mold flow analysis to optimize the manufacturing process and product quality.


B - Mould Manufacturing Stage
1. Production commences once the mold drawing is confirmed, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
2. This stage includes meticulous steps such as mold steel preparation, CNC rough machining, wire cutting, EDM machining, parts finishing, polishing, assembly, mold trial, electroplating, and nitriding to achieve perfection.
3. We maintain strict size control and perform self-checks on each mold part, ensuring all components meet the drawing size and tolerance specifications.

C - Mould Testing
1. The initial mold trial is conducted to verify normal production and accurate dimensions, ensuring the product meets all specifications.
2. Post-polishing and any surface texturing, we perform another mold trial, comparing the sample with the original product design to ensure fidelity.
3. We send the final sample and mold trial video to the customer for thorough confirmation, ensuring complete satisfaction.

D - Mold Delivery
1. Prior to shipping, we ensure the plastic mold opens and closes smoothly, and verify the integrity of the water cooling, hydraulic oil, and hot runner systems.
2. We guarantee that the cavity and core are clean, free from iron filings and impurities, ensuring a pristine product.
3. We blow clean the waterway to prevent rust during long-term sea transportation, protecting the mold's quality.
4. Anti-rust measures are applied inside and outside the mold, including anti-rust agent spray, paint application, and anti-rust oil for the ejector pin.
5. A nameplate is affixed to the mold, detailing the mold name, production year, specifications, weight, and size for easy identification and tracking.
6. We provide complimentary mold accessories, allowing customers to easily replace parts as needed.

1. Routine maintenance includes refueling moving parts like thimbles, guide posts, and guide sleeves, as well as cleaning the mold surface and clearing accumulated water.
2. Regular maintenance involves cleaning exhaust grooves, expelling trapped air and black spots, and repairing any damaged or worn parts to extend the mold's lifecycle.
3. Appearance maintenance entails spraying paint to prevent rust, applying anti-rust oil to fixed and movable parts, and ensuring the mold is stored airtight to protect against dust.
