How to Craft Superior Quality Injection Molds?
A-Mould Design Stage
1. We perform an in-depth analysis of the feasibility, shrinkage, and molding temperature of the plastic products.
2. Engaging in comprehensive discussions with our clients, we delve into details such as weight, style design, size aesthetics, molding stability, and the applicability of plastics.
3. Selection of the ideal steel based on the plastic material, desired mold lifespan, and customer specifications.
4. We offer complimentary design services alongside mold flow analysis.
B-Mould Manufacturing Stage
1. Once the mold drawing is finalized, production commences.
2. The process includes mold steel preparation, CNC rough machining, wire cutting, EDM machining, parts finishing, polishing, assembly, mold trials, electroplating, and nitriding.
3. We meticulously ensure every mold part meets the exact drawing size and tolerance specifications through precise control and self-inspection.
C-Mould Testing
1. The initial mold trial is conducted to verify normal product output and accuracy in size.
2. Post-polishing, sun-texturing, or other surface treatments, another trial is performed to contrast the trial sample with the design blueprint.
3. The final sample and a comprehensive mold trial video are then dispatched to customers for validation.
D-Mold Delivery
1. Pre-shipment, we ensure the plastic mold operates smoothly, and systems such as water cooling, hydraulic oil, and hot runner are fully functional.
2. The cavity and core are thoroughly cleaned, free from iron filings and impurities.
3. We blow clean the waterway to avert rust during prolonged sea transit.
4. Anti-rust agent is sprayed internally, paint externally, and anti-rust oil applied to the ejector pin.
5. A nameplate detailing the mold name, production year, mold information, weight, and size is affixed.
6. Complimentary mold accessories are included for customer convenience in replacements.
