A-Mould Design Stage

B-Mould Manufacturing Stage

2. Our comprehensive process includes mold steel preparation, CNC rough machining, wire cutting, EDM machining, parts finishing, polishing, assembly, mold trial, electroplating, nitriding, and more.
3. We precisely control the size and meticulously self-check each mold part, ensuring all components meet the specified drawing size and tolerance range.

C-Mould Testing
1. The initial mold trial verifies normal production and accurate sizing, ensuring a flawless outcome.
2. Post-polishing and texturing, we conduct another mold trial, comparing samples against the product design drawing for perfection.
3. We send the final sample and mold trial video to the customer for confirmation, ensuring satisfaction and approval.

D-Mold Delivery
1. Before shipping, we ensure the plastic mold opens and closes smoothly and that the water cooling system, hydraulic oil system, and hot runner system are fully operational.
2. The cavity and core are thoroughly cleaned, free from iron filings and impurities, guaranteeing pristine condition.
3. We meticulously blow clean the waterway to prevent rust during long-term sea transportation, maintaining integrity.
4. Inside, we spray anti-rust agent; outside, we apply paint and anti-rust oil to the ejector pin, ensuring comprehensive protection.
5. Each mold features a nameplate detailing the mold name, production year, mold information, weight, and size, facilitating easy identification.
6. We provide mold accessories free of charge for customer convenience and replacement.

Mould Maintenance Tips
1. Routine maintenance involves lubricating various moving parts such as thimbles, guide posts, and guide sleeves, cleaning the mold surface, and clearing any water accumulation, preserving functionality.
2. Regular maintenance includes cleaning exhaust grooves, discharging trapped air and black spots, and correcting damaged and worn parts, ensuring longevity.
3. Appearance maintenance entails spraying paint on the exterior of the mould to prevent rust, and applying anti-rust oil to both fixed and movable molds. When stored, molds should be airtight to prevent dust entry, keeping them in pristine condition.
