A-Mould Design Stage

B-Mould Manufacturing Stage
1. Production commences post confirmation of the meticulously crafted mold drawing, ensuring accuracy from the very start.
2. Comprehensive processes including mold steel preparation, CNC rough machining, wire cutting, EDM machining, parts finishing, polishing, assembly, mold trial, electroplating, and nitriding, are executed with precision.
3. Each mold part undergoes stringent size control and self-inspection according to the precise drawing size and tolerance range, assuring flawless results.
C-Mould Testing
1. The initial mold trial assesses normal production functionality and size accuracy, ensuring impeccable quality.
2. Following surface processes such as polishing and sun-texturing, a secondary mold trial is conducted to ensure alignment with the product design drawing.
3. A final sample and comprehensive mold trial video are provided to clients for confirmation, ensuring complete satisfaction.
D-Mold Delivery
1. Prior to shipment, we conduct thorough checks to confirm smooth mold operation and intact water cooling, hydraulic oil, and hot runner systems, guaranteeing flawless performance upon arrival.
2. Every cavity and core is meticulously cleaned to be free of iron filings and impurities, ensuring pristine condition.
3. The waterway is blown clean to prevent rust during extended sea transportation, safeguarding the mold's longevity.
4. An anti-rust agent is applied internally, while external sprays and anti-rust oil protect the mold and ejector pin, preserving quality.
5. A detailed nameplate, including mold name, production year, mold information, weight, and size, is affixed to each mold for comprehensive identification.
6. We provide complimentary mold accessories for customer convenience and seamless replacements.

2. Regular maintenance includes cleaning exhaust grooves, releasing trapped air and black spots, and rectifying damaged or worn parts for sustained performance.
3. Appearance maintenance involves spraying paint to prevent rust, coating both fixed and movable molds with anti-rust oil, and ensuring airtight storage to prevent dust ingress, preserving the mold's pristine condition.
