Mould Maintenance Tips
1. Routine maintenance involves refueling moving components such as thimbles, guide posts, and sleeves, along with cleaning mold surfaces and clearing water obstructions.
2. Regular maintenance includes cleaning exhaust grooves, removing trapped air and black spots, and correcting any damaged or worn-out parts.
3. For appearance maintenance, we apply paint to prevent rust and coat fixed and movable molds with anti-rust oil. Proper airtight storage prevents dust ingress into the cavity.
