How to Make High-Quality Injection Moulds?
A-Mould Design Stage
1. We meticulously analyze the feasibility, shrinkage, molding temperature, and other critical parameters of plastic products to ensure optimal design.
2. Engage in thorough communication with our customers, covering aspects such as product weight, style design, size appearance, injection molding stability, and plastic material suitability.
3. Select the most appropriate steel based on the material of the plastic product, desired mold lifespan, and specific customer requirements.
4. Offer complimentary design services and conduct detailed mold flow analysis to enhance product quality.
B-Mould Manufacturing Stage
1. Initiate production immediately after the mold drawing is thoroughly confirmed.
2. This stage encompasses mold steel preparation, CNC rough machining, wire cutting, EDM machining, parts finishing, polishing, assembly, mold trials, electroplating, nitriding, and more.
3. Maintain precise control over dimensions and rigorously self-check each mold part to adhere to the specified drawing sizes and tolerance ranges.
C-Mould Testing
1. Our initial mold trial ensures that the product is produced correctly and that all dimensions are accurate.
2. Post-polishing and other surface treatments, we re-test the mold and systematically compare the trial samples with the product design drawings.
3. We then dispatch the final sample and detailed mold trial video to the customer for ultimate confirmation.
D-Mold Delivery
1. Prior to shipping, we verify that the plastic mold opens and closes smoothly and that the water cooling system, hydraulic oil system, and hot runner system are fully operational.
2. Ensure the cavity and core are impeccably clean, free from iron filings and impurities.
3. Blow clean the water channels to prevent rust formation during prolonged sea transportation.
4. Apply anti-rust agents inside the mold, spray paint the exterior, and coat the ejector pins with anti-rust oil.
5. Affix a detailed nameplate to the mold, listing the mold name, production year, mold specifications, weight, and dimensions.
6. Provide free mold accessories for customer convenience and replacement needs.

1. Routine Maintenance: Regularly oil various moving parts such as thimbles, guide posts, and guide sleeves, clean the mold surface, and clear any accumulated water.
2. Regular Maintenance: Clean exhaust grooves, discharge trapped air and black spots, and repair any damaged or worn parts to maintain optimal functionality.
3. Appearance Maintenance: Spray paint the exterior to prevent rust, coat fixed and movable mold parts with anti-rust oil, and ensure airtight storage to prevent dust ingress.
