How to make good quality injection mould?

A-Mould Design Stage
1. We will analyze the feasibility, shrinkage, molding temperature, etc. of plastic products.
2. We will communicate with customers, including details such as the weight, style design, size appearance, injection molding stability, plastic applicability, etc. of plastic products.
3. Choose the appropriate steel according to the material of the plastic product, mold life, and customer requirements.
4. Provide free design and mold flow analysis.


B-Mould manufacturing stage
1. Production starts after the mold drawing is confirmed.
2. Including mold steel preparation, CNC rough machining, wire cutting, EDM machining, parts finishing, polishing, assembly, mold trial, electroplating, nitriding, etc.
3. Precisely control the size and self-check each mold part according to the requirements of the drawing size and tolerance range.

C-Mould Testing 
1. Our first mold trial is to check whether the product is produced normally and the size is correct.
2. After the mold is polished, sun-textured or other surface processes, we will try the mold again and compare the mold trial sample with the product design drawing.
3.Then send the final sample and mold trial video to the customer for confirmation.

D-Mold delivery
1. Before the mold is shipped, we will check whether the plastic mold opens and closes smoothly, and whether the water cooling system, hydraulic oil system, and hot runner system are intact.
2. The cavity and core are clean, without iron filings and impurities.
3. Blow clean the waterway to prevent rust from long-term sea transportation.
4. Spray anti-rust agent inside the mold, spray paint outside the mold, and apply anti-rust oil to the ejector pin.
5. A nameplate will be affixed to the mold, which will state the mold name, production year, mold information, mold weight, and size.
6. Mold accessories are provided free of charge (for customer replacement).

 Mould Maintenance Tips
1. Routine maintenance of the mould:refueling of various moving parts such as thimbles,guide posts,and guide sleeves,cleaning the surface of the mold,and dredging accumulated water.
2. Regular maintenance:cleaning of exhaust grooves,discharge of trapped air and black spots,correction of damaged and worn parts.
3. Appearance maintenance: spray paint on the outside of the mould to prevent rust. fixed mold and movable mould should be coated with anti-rust oil.when the mould is stored,it should be airtight to prevent dust from entering the cavity.
