How to make good quality injection mould?
A Mould design stage
1. our team carefully analyses the feasibility, shrinkage and optimal moulding temperature of plastic products to ensure product quality.
2. Communicate fully with the customer to discuss the intricate details of various plastics, such as weight, style design, dimensions, appearance, injection stability and suitability, to tailor-make a solution that meets the customer's exact needs.
3. according to the material of the plastic product, the required mould life and customer's specific requirements, we choose the best quality steel to ensure durability and performance.
4. We provide free design and comprehensive mould flow analysis services to optimise the product development process.
B Mould manufacturing stage
1. After the mould drawings are approved by you, we start the precise production to ensure that every detail meets the requirements.
2. Our manufacturing process includes detailed steps such as mould steel preparation, CNC roughing, wire cutting, EDM, part finishing, polishing, assembly, mould trial, plating and nitriding to produce quality moulds.
3. To ensure precise dimensional control, each mould part will be self-checked to meet the strict requirements of drawing dimensions and tolerance ranges.
C Mould Testing
1. The first trial mould check the appearance and dimensional accuracy to ensure that the tolerance requirements are in line with the standard.
2. after polishing and texturing, the second trial mould will be carried out, and the trial model will be strictly compared with the product design drawings to ensure consistency.
3. We will provide the mould prototype and detailed mould test video for customer's review.
D Mould delivery
1. Before shipment, we will inspect the mould carefully to ensure that the mould is in normal production and the cooling system, hot runner system and other functions are complete.
2. Thoroughly clean the mould to ensure that the mould cavities and cores are intact and do not contain any iron chips or impurities.
3. the moulds are carefully cleaned to prevent rusting during long term sea transportation.
4. we apply a layer of anti-rust protector on the inside of the mould and a layer of paint or anti-rust oil on the outside to prevent rusting.
5. Each set of moulds is affixed with a detailed nameplate, including the name of the mould, the year of production, the mould specifications, weight and dimensions for easy identification and tracking.
6. Mould accessories are included for easy replacement and maintenance.

Mould Maintenance Tips
1. Routine maintenance involves lubricating various moving parts such as thimbles, guide posts, and guide sleeves, cleaning the mold surfaces, and clearing any accumulated water to ensure continued optimal performance.
2. Regular maintenance includes the cleaning of exhaust grooves, the discharge of trapped air and black spots, and the correction of any damaged or worn components to maintain mold integrity.
3. For appearance maintenance, we apply paint to the exterior to prevent rust, coat both fixed and movable mold parts with anti-rust oil, and ensure airtight storage to keep dust and contaminants out of the cavity.
