How to Make High-Quality Injection Moulds?
A-Mould Design Stage
1. We conduct a thorough analysis of plastic product feasibility, including factors like shrinkage, molding temperature, and more, to guarantee optimal results.
2. We engage in detailed discussions with our customers, covering aspects such as weight, style design, size appearance, injection molding stability, and plastic applicability to ensure the end product meets all specifications and expectations.
3. Choosing the perfect steel is crucial; we select the appropriate type based on the material of the plastic product, desired mold life, and specific requirements of the customer.
4. We offer complimentary design and mold flow analysis to streamline the production process and improve efficiency.
B-Mould Manufacturing Stage
1. Once the mold drawing is confirmed, production begins immediately with precision and care.
2. This stage includes mold steel preparation, CNC rough machining, wire cutting, EDM machining, parts finishing, polishing, assembly, mold trial, electroplating, nitriding, and more, ensuring every step is meticulously executed.
3. We meticulously control the size and self-check each mold part to adhere strictly to the drawing size and tolerance range, ensuring superior accuracy.
C-Mould Testing
1. The initial mold trial is conducted to verify normal product production and accuracy in size.
2. Post-polishing and surface processing, a second mold trial is conducted, comparing the trial sample with the original product design drawing to ensure consistency.
3. The final sample and mold trial video are then sent to the customer for confirmation.
D-Mold Delivery
1. Prior to shipping, we thoroughly check the mold to ensure smooth opening and closing, and verify the integrity of the water cooling system, hydraulic oil system, and hot runner system.
2. We ensure that the cavity and core are immaculate, free from iron filings and impurities.
3. The waterway is blown clean to prevent rusting during long-term sea transportation.
4. We spray an anti-rust agent inside the mold, apply paint to the outside, and coat the ejector pin with anti-rust oil.
5. Each mold is labeled with a nameplate detailing the mold name, production year, mold information, weight, and size.
6. Free mold accessories are provided for customer convenience and replacement needs.

Mould Maintenance Tips
1. Routine maintenance includes refueling various moving parts such as thimbles, guide posts, and guide sleeves, cleaning the mold surface, and ensuring water pathways are clear.
2. Regular maintenance involves cleaning exhaust grooves, discharging trapped air and black spots, and repairing any damaged or worn parts.
3. For appearance maintenance, we spray paint the exterior to prevent rust. Both fixed and movable molds are coated with anti-rust oil. When stored, molds are kept airtight to prevent dust ingress, ensuring longevity and performance.
