How to Make Exceptional Quality Injection Moulds?
A-Mould Design Stage
1. We conduct a comprehensive analysis of the feasibility, shrinkage rate, molding temperature, and other critical parameters of plastic products to ensure top-notch quality.
2. We engage in detailed communication with our customers, covering all aspects including weight, style design, size, appearance, molding stability, and plastic applicability.
3. Selecting the most suitable steel based on the plastic product's material, required mold lifespan, and specific customer requirements ensures optimal performance.
4. We provide complimentary design and mold flow analysis to guarantee precision and efficiency.
B-Mould Manufacturing Stage
1. The production process begins once the mold drawing is approved, ensuring a streamlined workflow.
2. Our manufacturing process encompasses mold steel preparation, CNC rough machining, wire cutting, EDM machining, parts finishing, polishing, assembly, mold trials, electroplating, nitriding, and more.
3. We meticulously control the dimensions and self-check each mold part in accordance with drawing specifications and tolerance ranges, ensuring impeccable quality.
C-Mould Testing
1. Our initial mold trial assesses whether the product is produced correctly and if the size meets specifications.
2. Post polishing, sun-texturing, or other surface treatments, we conduct another mold trial, meticulously comparing the trial sample with the product design drawing.
3. Finally, we send the completed sample and mold trial video to the customer for thorough confirmation.
D-Mold Delivery
1. Prior to shipment, we verify the plastic mold's smooth operation, and ensure the water cooling system, hydraulic oil system, and hot runner system are fully functional.
2. We ensure the cavity and core are pristine, free from iron filings and impurities.
3. Waterways are meticulously cleaned to prevent rust during prolonged sea transportation.
4. We apply anti-rust agent inside the mold, paint the exterior, and coat the ejector pin with anti-rust oil for optimal protection.
5. Each mold is labeled with a nameplate detailing the mold name, production year, essential mold information, weight, and dimensions.
6. We offer free mold accessories for customer convenience and replacement needs.

Mould Maintenance Tips
1. Routine maintenance includes lubricating moving parts like thimbles, guide posts, and guide sleeves, cleaning the mold surface, and clearing accumulated water to ensure longevity.
2. Regular maintenance involves cleaning exhaust grooves, eliminating trapped air and black spots, and repairing any damaged or worn parts for continued efficiency.
3. Appearance maintenance: we spray paint the exterior to prevent rust, apply anti-rust oil to both fixed and movable molds, and ensure airtight storage to keep dust out of the cavity.
