B - Mould Manufacturing Phase: Precision Manufacturing Processes
1. Production can only begin after the mould design has been meticulously confirmed.
2. our comprehensive process includes mould steel preparation, CNC rough machining, wire cutting, EDM, part finishing, polishing, assembly, mould trial, plating and nitriding to ensure precision and durability.
3. Each mould part is rigorously inspected to ensure dimensional accuracy and to meet the stringent requirements of the drawing specifications.
C - Mould Test: Adjust the injection parameters to check the efficiency of the mould.
1. our first mould test will be a meticulous check of normal production and dimensional accuracy, setting a benchmark for quality.
2. after polishing, tanning or other surface treatments, we will conduct a second mould test to carefully compare the sample with the design drawings to ensure that it meets your requirements. 3.

D - Mould Delivery: Safe transportation to your factory
1. Before shipment, we ensure that the mould opens and closes smoothly, and thoroughly check the water cooling system, hydraulic oil system and hot runner system to ensure that they are in perfect condition.
2. Ensure the cavities and cores are clean and free from iron chips and other impurities.
3. inspect and also meticulously clean the waterways to prevent rusting during the long sea transport.
4. apply rust inhibitor to all parts of the inside of the moulds and rust-proof paint to the outside of the moulds.
5. Each set of moulds is attached with a nameplate detailing the name of the mould, year of production, general information of the mould, weight and size for reference.
6. We provide free mould parts for customers' convenience of replacement, which increases the value of our service.

1. Routine Maintenance: Regularly refuel moving parts such as thimbles, guide posts, and guide sleeves, clean the mold surface, and clear any water accumulation, ensuring optimal operation.
2. Scheduled Maintenance: Clean exhaust grooves, discharge trapped air and black spots, and rectify any damaged or worn parts, maintaining the mold's performance.
3. Appearance Maintenance: Apply exterior paint to prevent rust, coat fixed and movable molds with anti-rust oil. Ensure airtight storage to keep dust out of the cavity, preserving the mold's aesthetic.
