A-Mould Design Stage

B-Mould Manufacturing Stage
1. Our production journey begins once the mold designs are approved, setting the stage for precision crafting.
2. This stage encompasses meticulous processes including mold steel preparation, CNC machining, wire cutting, EDM processes, finishing, polishing, assembly, mold trials, electroplating, and nitriding.
3. We ensure each mold part adheres strictly to the drawing requirements, maintaining precise size control and self-inspection protocols.

C-Mould Testing
1. Our initial mold trials ensure that production runs smoothly and dimensions meet exact specifications.
2. Post-polishing and surface processing like sun-texturing, we conduct further mold trials, comparing samples meticulously against design schematics.
3. We then provide the final sample and detailed mold trial video to our clients for their confirmation and satisfaction.

D-Mold Delivery
1. Prior to shipment, we rigorously check that each mold opens and closes seamlessly, ensuring all systems such as water cooling, hydraulic oil, and hot runner are fully operational.
2. We certify that the cavity and core are pristine, devoid of iron filings or impurities, ready for optimal performance.
3. To combat rust during lengthy sea transit, we thoroughly clean the waterway system.
4. We apply a protective anti-rust agent inside, paint the exterior, and lubricate ejector pins with anti-rust oil.
5. Each mold is meticulously labeled with an enduring nameplate detailing mold name, year of production, specifications, weight, and dimensions.
6. We generously include mold accessories at no extra charge, facilitating seamless customer replacement.

Mould Maintenance Tips
1. For consistent performance, maintain your mold with regular lubrication of moving parts like thimbles and guide posts, cleaning surfaces, and ensuring clear water pathways.
2. Scheduled maintenance involves cleaning exhaust grooves, releasing trapped air and black spots, and repairing any wear and tear.
3. To preserve the mold's appearance, we recommend external spraying with rust-preventative paint. Both fixed and movable molds should be treated with anti-rust oil and stored in airtight conditions to block dust ingress into the cavity.
