How to Craft High-Quality Injection Moulds
A - Mould Design Stage
1. We meticulously analyze the feasibility, shrinkage rates, molding temperatures, and other critical factors of plastic products.
2. We engage in detailed discussions with our clients, covering aspects such as weight, design aesthetics, dimensional appearance, injection molding stability, and plastic material suitability.
3. Selection of appropriate steel is based on the plastic material, mold longevity, and specific customer requirements.
4. We offer complimentary design services and mold flow analysis to ensure optimal results.
B - Mould Manufacturing Stage
1. Production commences only after the mold drawings have been approved.
2. This stage encompasses mold steel preparation, CNC rough machining, wire cutting, EDM machining, part finishing, polishing, assembly, mold trials, electroplating, and nitriding, among others.
3. We ensure precise size control and self-check each mold part against the specified drawing dimensions and tolerance ranges.
C - Mould Testing
1. The initial mold trial assesses whether the product is produced correctly and meets size specifications.
2. Post-polishing and surface treatment (such as sun-texturing), we conduct another mold trial and compare the sample with the design drawing.
3. We then send the final sample and mold trial video to the customer for their approval.
D - Mold Delivery
1. Before shipment, we verify that the plastic mold opens and closes smoothly and ensure the water cooling, hydraulic oil, and hot runner systems are fully functional.
2. The cavity and core are meticulously cleaned, free from any iron filings or impurities.
3. We blow clean the waterway to prevent rust during prolonged sea transport.
4. Anti-rust agent is applied inside the mold, and the exterior is painted and coated with anti-rust oil on the ejector pin.
5. A detailed nameplate is affixed to the mold, displaying the mold name, production year, mold information, weight, and size.
6. Complimentary mold accessories are provided for easy customer replacement.

1. Routine Maintenance: Lubrication of all moving parts such as ejector pins, guide posts, and guide sleeves; surface cleaning; and clearing of accumulated water.
2. Regular Maintenance: Cleaning exhaust grooves, discharging trapped air and black spots, and repairing damaged or worn parts.
3. Appearance Maintenance: Exterior mold painting to prevent rust, coating fixed and movable molds with anti-rust oil, and ensuring that stored molds are airtight to prevent dust ingress into the cavity.
